These Terms of Service govern your use of Flok. Please read them carefully. They explain the rules for using the app and the limits of our responsibilities.
By creating an account or using Flok, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement in your location, to use Flok. By using the app you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure, and for the activity that happens under your account.
The information in your profile should be accurate and kept up to date.
Use Flok only for lawful, personal planning. Do not harass, impersonate, or abuse other people, upload content you do not have the right to share, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with or disrupt the service.
You keep ownership of the content you add, such as your photo, flok names, and trip details. You grant Flok the permission needed to store and display that content in order to operate the app for you and your floks.
Flok helps you coordinate, but it is a planning aid, not a guarantee. You are responsible for the availability you enter, and for confirming plans with your flok before relying on them.
Flok is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flok and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed plans or events.
You may stop using Flok and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the service.
We may update the app and these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Flok means you accept the updated Terms.
